CALLING ON ALL ODM SUPPORTERS TO A PROTEST MARCH ON FEBRUARY 6TH. FROM 5:30 PM TO 8:00 PM
Dear ODM Supporters,
It has been brought to our attention, that Mr. Kalonzo Musyoka, the MP for Mwingi North will visit Washington, DC from February 5th-7th, 2008 to
attend the Annual National Prayer Breakfast Meeting. Ambassador Rateng Ogego has scheduled a meeting for Wednesday, February 6th, 2008 at The Ritz Carlton , 1150 22nd St NW, Washington , DC from 5:30 pm. to 8:00 pm.
We are calling on all ODM supporters to show up in large numbers for this "VERY IMPORTANT MEETING" with Kalonzo. This is the opportunity to tell Kalonzo, that;
- He represents an illegitimate government.
- He is part and parcel of the problem in our country.
- He asked for fake results to be released.
- Kenyans in the Diaspora Demand Justice.
- There will be NO PEACE so long as an illegitimate government is in place.
- KIBAKI MUST RESIGN-
Fellow citizens, we can only speak with one voice for one party to demand that what has been stolen from us must be returned without any conditions. We cannot negotiate with a THIEF.
See you at the Ritz Carlton on the 6th.

Here is an email from a concerned Kenyan:
Gerald, there have been reports about our GEMA comrades funding mungiki militia activity back home. I was wondering wether you know of an organisation that is doing the same for ODM supporters. It would be very sad if these people would attack our defenseless people. With our primitive weapons we have proved to be a formidable foe but without guns they will win again. I know we are peace loving and we normally dont think about solving our issues by killing but as we have seen when they kill they kill someone significant. I am saying this because my mother was in her farm working and three of her helpers were shot and killed by armed mungiki militia men and women. I think it is high time we prepared ourselves because Kibaki doesnt care about his people he surely wont care about us.

Response from KDPM:
It is so sad to know that our Kenyan brothers and sister in the diaspora (GEMA) are raising funds and funding Mungiki activities. This is regrettable and unimaginable.
As far as I am concerned, ODM is not receiving any funds from anywhere to fund any illegal group or activity. None. ODM is supported by people who are peace-loving and law-abiding and none of their supporters would fund an illegal activity.
I encourage you to continue highlighting all the illegal activities of our GEMA brothers and sisters and to call on the relevant authorities to take the necessary actions to protect the lives of all Kenyans while prosecuting all those who are engaging in illegal activities. We have not reached the end yet. So keep on trusting God to use the right machinery to save our dear motherland.
God bless you.
Gerald Baraza, President
